Who developed this profile and why is it important?
The Structogram® is the only behavioral personality tool that has been proven to be genetically linked to the brain. Paul D. MacLean, former Director of the Laboratory of the Brain and Behavior at the United States National Institute of Mental Health and Rolf W. Schirm, a Swiss Anthropologist, validated the brain’s connections to the Structogram®’s key personality traits. By understanding and using your authentic personality you will achieve your next level of success in a natural and relaxed way.
How long does it take to become proficient at using the Structogram?
This workshop series consists of two full-day sessions. In the first session you identify your own Structogram® profile and learn about the three key profiles known as brain dominances. By the end of the first session you will gain self-understanding, tools, and resources to recognize the behaviors in others. You will find yourself using these tools immediately!
Why would I want to use the Structogram if I have used other personality profiles?
There are many ways that Structogram® is useful and, in fact, complements what you have learned from other profiles: The Structogram is very easy to use and remember. The Structogram® has only three key components that relate to the three major areas of the brain. You naturally operate from your own brain-based style, which gives you only two other styles to learn. All other profiles have four or more types, making them more complex and difficult to use. With the Structogram® you can easily identify another’s style and immediately communicate and connect to their way of thinking.
