About CMH Consulting & Coaching
CMH Consulting & Coaching creates effective change and an environment of thriving by working with the inherent energy and motivation of those involved. Through the CMH Consulting firm, Cheryl provides an Accelerated Learning approach to Organization Development and offers instructional design, course delivery, train-the-trainer, and other consulting services. Coaching services are available for both business leaders and motivated individuals who want to develop skills on their own.
About Cheryl Hiltibran, M.Ed.
Cheryl graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Textiles and from the University of Minnesota with a Masters of Education. On weekends and breaks she spent time caving, climbing, and mountaineering. Some of her early jobs were as a paper carrier, house cleaner, lifeguard, and camp counselor.
To satisfy her keen interests in the outdoors and also her love for learning she started as a wilderness sporting goods buyer then became a self-employed wholesale clothing rep selling prom gowns and wedding dresses. After that, Cheryl served as a technical college instructor and subsequently a college admission representative, taking an active role in developing and leading enrollment change initiatives for the school.
More recently, Cheryl worked for a publisher of self-improvement courses, which further enhanced her aptitudes in the fundamentals of human development and unleashed her passion for coaching others to reach their ultimate potential. She actively works with both individuals and organizations.
A Stand for Personal and Professional Growth
Cheryl is active in the International Alliance for Learning organization and on the working Board of Directors for The Dwelling in the Woods, a hermitage retreat center. In 2004 she founded CMH Consulting & Coaching, LLC to take her unique professional development approach to business owners and their organizations. She also continues her tradition of cross-country ski racing and annual solo canoe trips, from which she draws inspiration and insight. In addition, for many years Cheryl has served in her community in various volunteer roles.
